Every year we all have to renew our membership, as set out in the Bylaws and the SOP. An email will be sent to all current members to renew their membership. To do this, we need confirmation of your address, email address, and geocaching name, as well as your declaration that you are a member in good standing.
If you would prefer to complete your renewal by email, please forward your name, geocaching name, address, email address and confirmation that you are a member in good standing to [email protected]
All renewals must be received by February 29th, for you to remain in good standing.
If you do not receive the renewal email, then we do not have a correct email address for you, or you are no longer on our membership list. You can re-join the BCGA by filling in the renewal form or a new membership form.
